Faculty Positions in Synthetic Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Ethnopharmacology

Applications are invited for tenure-track research fellow positions. The successful candidates are expected to develop and join a rigorous research program in the fields of biosynthesis and engineering of plant/microbial secondary metabolites with medicinal activities, medicinal chemistry for organic synthesis or modification/improvement of medicinal compounds,systems biology of herbal medicine-related pharmacology or innovative agriculture biotechnology. We are particularly interested in applicants who are seeking a highly collaborative and innovative research environment.

Qualifications: Ph.D. having postdoctoral training and experience in ethnopharmacology, biosynthesis and engineering of bioactive compounds in plants and/or microbes, biotransformation, or organic synthesis of medicinal compounds for bioactivity improvement will add advantage to the application.
